EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Jehu Geddes Mota Ryan was reared in the Island of Trinidad and Tobago by Venezuelan and Trinidadian Parents. He went to school in Arrecife Vista al Mar transfer to Juan de Urpin Primary School, Maiquetia, Venezuela and graduated with merits in 1989.  He immigrated to United States in 1993 and attended Compton Senior High School in which he graduated with honors in 1996. He continued his education by getting accepted to Woodbury University in which he earned a Bachelor of Science International Business degree in 2000 and a Master of Business Administration degree in 2004.  

During his academics studies he was awarded 3 department awards. He also studied French abroad at the Université de Lausanne, Switzerland. He understand Portuguese and Turkish.He has professional experienced working for Alcoa Fastening Systems, California Peace Action and Los Angeles Unified School District. He also was a volunteer for the Bay Area Alternative Press. He believe education, experience and intelligence is the key of success.
MISSION STATEMENT:
My mission statement in my professional career is to work for a top fortune 500 multinational manufacturing company.  To work in a diverse workplace where I can provide an excellent communication, eCommerce, administration, and social services.  To work in a company where I can grow professionally, and academically as a productive contributor citizen in the field of applied science and international business administration concentrating in manufacturing and social services.  My management philosophy is to complete all my assignments and job duties applying teamwork, time management and using and developing a competitive budget.  My goal is to increase awareness and change perceptions of products and services.  To accomplish all my goals by applying correctly marketing and management strategies.  In the process keeping competitive through research and learning about new trends and treats in my target career and competitors industry.  Embracing change and innovation in my life is an important key to my success as a professional in my field of interest.  To become a recognized leader in my career and field of studies.

My vision statement is to become a recognized international Guru in the field of applied science and international business administration concentrating in manufacturing and social services in the 21 century workplace and business world.   To become a Nobel Peace Award winner through the correctly application of an innovative human development classes and projects in the international business community at large.

Communication: I am good on presenting business proposal, products and services.   I enjoy developing vivid images narrating stories that my target audience embraces and enjoy.  My language skill are a plus I am Fluent in Spanish, French, and English.  I have also studied Turkish and Portuguese.  I have learned the custom, culture and idiosyncrasy of the respective languages and countries.

Thinking: My education, professional and volunteer experiences is an asset:  My computer and research capabilities skills, my love of math and algebra allows me to understand the processes and also allow me to develop problem solving skills for an effective solution.  That means, that my love of writing,reading and critical thinks allows me to develop plans for application success.

MANAGEMENT PLAN: 
My management plan is to be guided by God Almighty the creator of everthing.  God is my president of presidents, country of countries, goverment of goverments, king of kings, queen of queens, with God parenting, mentoring and teaching to do things with and through the assistance of others, save money, develop a competitive budget and complete all assignments and projects on time and effectively.   The importance of learning about change and embracing it is important.    Globalization allow new managers like myself to learn, improve and apply new ways and skills of management of information technology acting locally but thinking globally.   For examples new advancement in equipment, academic theories and facts in my field.

Planning:  I need to research prospective manufacturing company and concentrate on my target market.   Find out where does the main company influence people hang-out and become their friend and develop a cohesive relationship where I can develop opportunity to get hire.   Once hired stay employed, save money and research ways that I can improve the company and enrich the life of my team, coworkers and myself.  I always have to take in mind that planning is an constant reality.

Organizing:  I need to use all media available and perhaps create new innovative media on my on how to promote myself to be able to get hire.  Networking is a good marking tool, that is keeping in contact with your past friends and making 1 new friends everyday.   I  need  to provide my new contact with  my contact information such as a business card and staying in contact. Developing a effective proven methodology on how to proceed is vital for any assignment.

The development of a marketing plan that stand-out from others and innovative media and put in it into action is crucial.  For example developing  business cards,  email campaigns, placing flyers in target locations,  networking in social media,  researching new contact on target database and  having the correct IT tools is very crucial.  I s also import to get in contact with the company gate keepers and managers who take action on the matter such as human resources and the hiring manager.   Once hired, stay hired and develop strategies and planning documents tools for companies improvements. For example develop excel documents for statistics, fix a company problem or issue,  improve something and or increase value to the company.

Leading:  The development motivating and inspiring prospective human resource manager and key individuals to hire me.  Once hired inspired, motivate and assist others through charisma, leadership, and teaching.  Create a work environment where people can approach you in a friendly but respectful manner about prospective or current situation where together you can brainstorms and find objective solutions

Controlling:  The rule of thumb is if a strategy works well there is no need to change it. If a strategy those not work  re-evaluate the processes and re-develop the strategy.  Involve the clients or people who may know more about the items consider they suggestion and develop a new methodology and strategy for success.

MARKETING PLAN: 
My marketing plan is to treat myself as a corporation God Almighty being the CEO and President of my company.  The company that GOD direct, manage and lead is me.  I am the company and corporation and God is my Boss and Manager.    Since I am a  Global citizen my corporation is a International Corporation that use all the media available to promote myself. The media campaign will concentrate in a eCommerce internet campaign.   The secondly step on the media campaign is printing media, networking, and developing strong, positive, key interpersonal people and friendship.
Market Research:  Develop a research and development depart that seeks opportunities locally and abroad.  Organizations where I can capitalize my products and services.   Develop an excel document to keep tract of the company contacted.  Research  key database for human resources manager, staff, gate keeps and decision making manager.  Research economic financial trends where I can financially or inter-personally benefit.  Use the internet databases to my advantage.    
Public Relation:   Network and make new friend to network.   Find family, friend, coworkers and formal coworker  to promote you in their place of work, school and at home.  The development of and educational propaganda program to orientated your fans and promoters on what to say about you, your achievement, mission, goals and objectives.      Lets your love ones become your biggest promoters and advertisers.   Ask your friend to contact or email prospective target employer on your behalf for opportunities and programs for career, visa, volunteer programs for success.  

Advertisement:  Obtain a mentor for each category; General Chief Mentor, Professional Career Mentor, Volunteer Mentor, Academic Mentor, and Spiritual Mentor.   Place ads on newspapers,  place ads on classified newspapers, print flyers and business cards.   Provide thank you notes to your friend and love ones. Write an article and have someone place it in the newspaper for you and network. 


eCommerce:  The development of website, blogs, marketing emails and registering resume on target market database and company website is crucial.   The corporation has to contact and email key people and send emails propaganda to 60 people per month.       Evaluate and control the email campaign success.

Product (Service):  The product is me Jehu Geddes MOTA RYAN, with a diverse professional experience, highly educated with a Master in Business Administration degree from an American Private University called Woodbury University located in Burbank, California.  If he can describe his self with one word, that word will be SERVICE.  He winner of many awards and participated in many programs and has volunteer in many organizations.    His love of teaching and motivation in helping others are ways to describe him.   
Place:  I would like and love to settle down, work, volunteer, purchase a house and land, and get married in a foreign country that speak a different language.  
Price: I need to open a foreign bank account, safe money and receive an competitive salary package with benefits.  
Promotion:  The promotion campaign should use all free media access.   The development of creating a marketing campaign that use all media access and positive result for free.  Networking, emailing, faxing, calling, social media, SMS messaging and mailing letter through the use of the internet for free is our promotional objective.  Use helpful and innovative website that can be of assistance on promoting yourself via internet.  Basically think out side the box and remember that you are a winner a Champion, open you senses and horizon and apply yourself with dedication and persuasion.  Develop a use a user friendly letter proposal to my prospective employers and customers.

Processes: Study all the technical, academical, professional, and social processes of your prospective employer.  Learn how he or she thinks and what motivate him or her to take action.  Empathize don't sympathize.   Provide a rapid, effective, charismatic answer using the power of story telling, persuasion, propaganda and authority.   Learn to study and predict your target market, customer and audience and move and decision making.    

Physical Evidence: Put your findings and recommendations on an excel chart.  Always smile while you are speaking on the phone and when you writing a letter or developing a media kit.  Basically transmit all that positive energy through your letter and story telling and charisma.

MARKETING CONTROL:
Developing a follow up database with excel or any advance technological application or equipment is important and crucial. Develop chart and statistic to see where key areas you are more effective on your marketing campaigns. Continue apply the marketing campaigns that are successful and re-evaluate the ones that are not getting you the result you need and want. Brainstorm ideas, read new book and re-position your strategy are keys elements for the marketing plan that are not receive the result you need and want. Remember be unique because there is one (Jehu) in this world. See what works and stay with it and change the other strategies until you receive the result needed.
