Answer: My name is Mr. Jehu Geddes MOTA RYAN, MBA

2. What are your strengths?
Answer:  My strengths are my diverse professional experience, my education and my language communication skills.   I am fluent in Spanish, English and French.  


3. What are your weaknesses?

Answer:  My weaknesses are my willingness to volunteer and help other in their academic, professional and spiritual needs.


4. Why are you interested in working for [insert company name here]?

Answer:  I am interested in working for your company.   I believe that I can be an asset and  that I can make a positive contribute in your organization by applying teamwork, communication, and the willingness to help.


5. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years?

Answer:  I see myself married with a beautiful women, with 3 children living in 7 bedroom house with all the amenities and commodities happy and prosperous.  


6. Why do you want to leave your current company?

Answer:  I am seeking advancement in my career path.


7. Why was there a gap in your employment between [insert date] and [insert date]?

Answer:  The gaps of employment path are due to my education, volunteer and self development programs I have participated.

Answer:  I can offer my distinctive diverse  professional, academic, and volunteer experience.

Answer: He will empower me to continue growing professional, academically and spiritual.   Encouraging my active participation in social development and professional workshop and contribution.

Answer:  Yes,  I am able to do what takes for me and the company to grow.

12. Tell me about an accomplishment you are most proud of.

Answer:  I am very proud of earning my Master of Business Administration degree from Woodbury University.  I am also very proud of learning fluently French, its custom, culture, history and idiosyncrasy.  But most importantly I am very proud of volunteering, and giving back to my community at large tools, experiences, and educational tips and advises throughout the art of storytelling, providing vivid comical examples and presentations.  


13. Tell me about a time you made a mistake.
Answer: Once working for Alcoa Fastening Systems I rush a product on to production.  Rush and expediting critical products and service to the customers final destination is one my strengths.   I am proud to be good one that.   However, I rushed a product that the customer demanded that the final products was not up to companies requirement and I had to expedite make the correction and send it in rush mail to the customer.   I have worked as an Auditor, and Laison so finding mistake and making corrections is natural to me.   


14. What is your dream job?

Answer:  My dream job is a work setting where it transmits a positive environment in which I can grow professionally, academically and spiritually.   A job where I can work my hours and also allow me to volunteer to its organization, people and the community at large for free.   

15. How did you hear about this position?
Answer:  I am a researcher, I network,  read,  and surf all medias and apply for employment, and self development opportunities.   

16. What would you look to accomplish in the first 30 days/60 days/90 days on the job?
Answer:  
  1. In the next 30 days I would like to accomplish and increase sales by 30 percent.  Make presentations to schools on the important of research and application.  Develop a marketing campaign to promote my self to prospective employer and volunteer organization.   Send 30 email weekly to prospective clients per week.
  2. In the next 60 days I would like Mentor 5 students on professional, academic and spiritual development as global student and citizens.   I would like to make new friends through the internet.   I would like to network and contact new people on many different target organizations.
  3. In the next 90 days I would like  have 100 new friend locally and 300 new friends abroad.      I would like to have my volunteer and mentoring  program website completed.   I would like for my 5 mentees to have accomplish three of their main goals and objective.   
17. Discuss your resume?
Answer:  As you can see,   I earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business Degree and a Master of Business Administration Degree From Woodbury University located in Burbank, CA  San Fernando Valley.    I have professional experience working as a Teacher in English, French and Algebra.    I have also work in manufacturing setting company as an auditor, and customer service scheduler, that is something like a manufacture planner, but better.    Have also was a member of many organization at Woodbury University and my community at large in which I receive many recognition and winner of many awards.  I am a Native English Speaker fluent in Spanish as French.   I consider myself to be a global citizen.     I am a strong believer in Christ and Christianity.    I believe I am like a chameleon meaning I can adapt to all situation bring out the best of me.    I also believe that I can make a strong contribution to your organization since I like to help others in need.

Answer:  I earned a Bachelor of Science In International Business Degree and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Woodbury University located in Burbank, California.


19. Describe yourself.

Answer:  My name is Jehu,   I earned a Bachelor of Science In International Business Degree and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Woodbury University located in Burbank, California.I am an optimistic, team player,  I like to smile and volunteering and help others.   I like and enjoy being HAPPY.   I believe that being happy is a state of mind.   I am not driving by money.  Money is not a motivator.    What motivate me is making people smile, doing a EXCELLENT job on my assignments, homework and job. 



20. Tell me how you handled a difficult situation.

Answer:  To handle any difficult situation first you need to take time to think twice and after take an action with a detail plan.   Working for Alcoa Fastening System managing the critical items accounts I encounter many challenging situation with customer and coworker.   I suggest being calm, taking slow and having a smile on your face does really help.   Providing the good or bad message with solution and authority.   


21. Why should we hire you?

Answer: You should hire me because I am a dedicated person talented in marketing, languages, communication and administration.  I enjoy completing all the processes of and assignment or project from beginning to end.  I am self motivated, a team player and a strong leader.     


22. Why are you looking for a new job?

Answer:  I am seeking for career advancement. 


23. Would you work holidays/weekends?

Answer:  Holidays and weekends are for me to enjoy.  


24. How would you deal with an angry or irate customer?

Answer:  When I was working for Alcoa Fastening Systems I was the designated customer service scheduler for critical items parts for angry or irritated customer locally and abroad.  One of my techniques that worked well for me was to talking slow and calm to the client,  providing detail information about the issue and develop a commit date when the issue is going to be solve.


25. What are your salary requirements?

Answer:  My salary requirements is 30% increase of the offering position rate.   


26. Give a time when you went above and beyond the requirements for a project.

Answer:  My willingness to volunteer allows me to always push myself to complete assignments and projects correctly, on time and above and beyond the requirements.  


27. Who are our competitors?

Answer:  My competitor is myself.   I am a winner always pushing myself to continuing improving myself and the live and my love ones.   


28. What was your biggest failure?

Answer:  My biggest failure was not able to communicate correctly and effetely in French,   Now I happy and proud that I dedicated time, money and love to learn to speak fluently French.  Is now one of my biggest accomplishments.   


29. What motivates you?

Answer:  The self satisfaction of completing a project or assignment correctly, effectively and on time.

Answer:  Mondays through Fridays  ANYTIME.

Answer:  My mentor is Dr. Alexandra SABA,  License Psychologist and professor at Woodbury University located in Burbank, California.


32. Tell me about a time when you disagreed with your boss.

Answer:  I dont recall a time in which I have disagreed with my boss.   I believe that communicating, persuading and respecting are skills in which I apply to my elders and coworkers at all time.


33. How do you handle pressure?

Answer:  I am use to working on a fast paced pressure environment.  When I was working for Alcoa Fastening Systems I was the Customer Service Scheduler for angry an irritated customers locally and internationally.  One of my techniques was to smile over the phone, speak slowly and provide detail information solutions on their needs and wants.   


34. What are your career goals?

Answer:  My career goals are to complete all my assignments effectively, on time, save money by using and developing a competitive budge,  and with the help and commitment of others.  Of course, is also important to note that the continuation of developing effective ways on how to apply my education, professional and volunteer experience in the work place to new organization is vital.   Being connected to my spiritual needs and wants and addressing it is smart and important.  Change is constant so seeking ways for improvement and achievement such as going up the corporate ladder and taking advantage when the opportunities arrive.

35. What gets you up in the morning?
Answer:  The Night, in my opinion is the opportunity to learn from my mistakes and the morning is the opportunity to do something about it.  Life, family and friends is a blessing from our God.   Being an active and productive morning person is a Blessing! As my Grandmother said: dont leave want you can do today for tomorrow.  


36. What would your direct reports say about you?

Answer:  That I am good on math, and on time on my projects.


37. What were your bosses’ strengths/weaknesses?

Answer: My bosses were good on what they did.  Effective speakers and communicators. 


38. If I called your boss right now and asked him what is an area that you could improve on, what would he say?

Answer:  My boss will say that he is sad that he had to let me go and that I was one of his top employees. 


39. Are you a leader or a follower?

Answer:  I am a natural born leader.    However,as my teacher and sergeant will say a good leader knows how to be a good follower and knows the important of service and team work.


40. What was the last book you’ve read for fun?

Answer: The last book I read is the Slight Edge By Jeff Oslon.  The book is a self improvement book that provides you tips, examples of becoming success.  Whatever success means to you at that period of time in your life.  


41. What are your co-worker pet peeves?

Answer:  They like to arrive 30 minutes prior to work.    I believe that is a positive thing.


42. What are your hobbies?

Answer:  My hobbies are to watch movie,  educational program in PBS and going to the theater, I like to read and listen to audio book. and I also enjoy doing sports such as soccer, volley ball and running.

Answer:  my favorite website is

44. What makes you uncomfortable?

Answer: at times confrontation I control through meditation and developing ways in practicing constructive ways to confront others.    


45. What are some of your leadership experiences?

Answer:  I have manage several groups of 30 interns from Woodbury University.   I have provide presentation and lectures at university level and trained more than 600 teachers for the Department of education of Colombia.    My Goals as a leader is doing thing on time, save money and develop competitive budgets accomplishing my objectives throught and with the assistance of people. 


46. How would you fire someone?

Answer:  First and most important is know the rule of thumb never take away someone dignity.   So I will email the person and inform him or her about the time, date and place of a meeting.   At the meeting I will informed him or her about the news.   I will speak normal and clearly.   I will articulate my speech in a friendly voice  but with authority.   I will thank the person about his or hers achievement and service rendered in company.    


47. What do you like the most and least about working in this industry?

Answer:  What I like the most is interacting with people and troubleshooting problems and finding most effective solution.  What I like the least is auditing my mind is always finds problems and solutions for the problems or issues of prospective companies.


48. Would you work 40+ hours a week?

Answer:  Only if the job demand it and depending on the job!  In all my formal jobs I have manage to complete all my assignments, homework and appointments on time.
